Off the strip in a small shopping center. Moreįirst time in Vegas and always check out places to eat off the beaten path. Highly recommend and can hardly wait to go back again. And that was excellent and just right in size. My only non sushi order for the evening was the toro tartar w/quail egg. (no need to dip & there was no wasabi given) ![]() Sushi came seasoned with just right amount of wasabi & rice. Kinmedai, Isaki, Kodai, Aji, Tako (so tender that I reordered again), Awabi, Kamasu, Miyabidai, Anago, Ikura & what I think was Akamutsu (Blackthroat Sea Perch). I prefer shiromi (light non oily white fish), and was amazed with what was available and what I got (items not on the menu). I don't really enjoy the commonly seen tuna, hamachi or salmon. I like to have variety when I have sushi. He was very nice to do only 1 piece of each so I could sample the fish first without getting the customary 2 piece order. Sat at the bar and ordered from the menu, then after that, asked the sushi chef the specials for the day. of sake and never had to pour for myself.
